Manage or cancel your subscription
You can cancel ImpactFlow at any time, no notice period.
- Use the billing / customer portal link from your Stripe payment receipt email (search your inbox for “Stripe”).
- Or email hello@stackedge.ai from the address you used to subscribe and ask to cancel, we will process it manually if needed.
After cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period. Stripe sends a receipt when the subscription ends.
