Terms of sale

These terms govern the relationship between Stackedge (CIF ESY5818456E, "ImpactFlow") and any customer subscribing to the service.

1. Service description

ImpactFlow provides AI email sequence generation and monthly optimization with dashboard access.

2. Pricing

• Starter, €79/month (excl. VAT): 4 sequences, CSV export, 5 business days
• Growth, €149/month (excl. VAT): 8 sequences, Klaviyo, A/B, AI chat, 48h

Automatic monthly renewal. VAT per EU rules.

3. Payment

Card payment via Stripe. ImpactFlow does not store card data.

4. Delivery

Timelines per plan after brand onboarding is completed.

5. Right of withdrawal

14 calendar days unless you request early delivery and waive withdrawal rights (Spanish LGDCU art. 103).

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from settings or by email. Effective at end of current period.

7. Intellectual property

Generated sequences are assigned to you for unlimited commercial use.

8. Liability

AI assistance only; no guaranteed commercial results. Liability capped at monthly fee.

9. Changes

30 days email notice for material changes.

10. Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law; Barcelona courts. ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
